SLES, also known as 'School Leaver Employment Supports' assists young people aged 15-25 build work-ready skills, and support a smooth transition into employment.

Lauren is a Registered Counsellor with experience in mental health and disability service practice and leadership.

She has also worked in corporate and business settings.
Qualifications: Master of Counselling, Graduate Diploma of Counselling, Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Diploma of Marketing, PACFA Reg., Qualified Yoga Teacher.

Matt is a Lawyer and former Head of Risk and Compliance in the corporate sector, now leading his own law firm, Z5 Legal. He is a proud member of JusticeNet, offering legal assistance to vulnerable South Australians, and serves as a volunteer Board Member for Life Education.
Qualifications: Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws.

  3. Meet and Greet – Have a friendly meeting with a Coordim8 worker to get to know us.

  4. Create a Support Plan – Together, we'll develop a plan tailored to your goals.

  5. Start Receiving Support – Begin your supports with Coordim8.

  6. Regular Check-Ins – We'll review your support plan together regularly to make sure you're feeling supported and reaching your goals.

I just wanted to reach out and say thanks heaps for everything you have done. Coordim8 have been extremely life-changing for me. Ever since I've had NDIS it's been super up and down, but apart from one other worker, I think you and Charlotte have probably impacted my life the most and I'm super grateful for everything you guys have done.
