Passionate about promoting wellbeing and social justice, Lauren combines her professional expertise with a creative and community-focused approach to support her clients. She is a registered Counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling, Bachelor of Business, and experience in the mental health and disability sectors leadership and coordination roles.

Matt likes music, listening to podcasts, and going for walks. Matt is a Lawyer and former Head of Risk and Compliance, now running his own law firm, Z5 Legal. Holding qualifications in Law, Commerce, and Business Administration, Matt combines his extensive expertise with a strong commitment to helping others.

Olivia lives in the beautiful Adelaide Hills with her husband and two young daughters. Outside of work she loves staying active with Pilates, and spending weekends camping with her family. Charlotte is Coordim8’s Client Services Officer and Mentor. Currently studying a Diploma of Counselling and Certificate III in Individual Support, she brings lived experience of neurodivergence and expertise as a support worker for adults, young people, and children. Passionate about arts, reading, and personal development, Charlotte supports clients through a mix of face-to-face mentoring and administrative tasks for our team.

Callum is a Counsellor and Mentor based in Adelaide’s Southern Suburbs, with qualifications in Counselling and Individual Support. Passionate about adventure and personal growth, he loves exploring new places, running (often participating in parkruns), and playing golf. With experience as a camp counsellor and support worker, Callum is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals in a fun and supportive environment.

Ella is a Mentor and aspiring Psychologist based in Adelaide’s Eastern Suburbs, currently studying a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced), having completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science. She loves all things art, crafts, and cooking (especially sweet treats!), enjoys walks and podcasts, and has a background in classical music as a violinist. With experience as a support worker and therapy assistant, Ella is passionate about supporting clients to achieve their goals.

Nikita loves funky interior design and architecture, alternative fashion, fantasy gaming, and spending time with their sweet senior dog.
